2025 fraud sector charter
Building on the work of the 2021 Telecommunications Fraud Sector Charter, this document sets out practical, measurable actions that will deliver a step change in fraud prevention.
Our technology underpins and enables our banking systems, the social media platforms we access on our devices, and the government services we rely on. And so we plan to work together even more closely with those sectors to tackle the common threat.
With proposals to expand data sharing, enhance call security, roll out better AI protections, improve our support to victims, and support law enforcement, this Charter marks a bold new chapter in our collective work against fraud.
